Large tree limb ready to fall on tree located at the corner of Pacific & Central

Tree appears to be healthy, however it's leaning dangerously over W. Red Line Ave. in both directions. Tree roots have raised the sidewalk significantly. Could be a dangerous hazard if it comes down. The saving grace is not many cars drive by. Either way it is something you should look into. Thank you.
