New fencing was installed at perimeter of school property. However, contractor didn’t retain soil underneath accurately causing loose soil and bark from the playground to erode and create a mess and potential future issues. With the winter season approaching, the rain will erode the soil and cause pathway issues with mud. Retaining wood members should’ve went minimum to pavement if not underground. This issue is for the school and for the city sidewalks.

This trip hazard is on the lawn next to sidewalk by corner of Grand Street and Otis Drive.

Foxtail weeds are 2' tall wrapping around the property on Lincoln & Mozart. Foxtails are extremely hazardous for pets and could be fatal. Found three dried foxtails yesterday in my house after walking my dog. Please contact the property owner to maintain. Thank you.

These weeds aren't getting any smaller. Repeating request to have something done about them.

The plants/weeds are covering almost half of one of the east bound bike lane at the east end of shoreline

One of the sprinklers (located at the edge of the park on Benton, near just in front of the bench) is malfunctioning. Last night it was shooting water about 15 feet in the air.

Overgrown weeds at intersection make line-of-sight for oncoming vehicles hard to see when turning right onto Main Street. Request grass be cut to increase visibility of oncoming traffic to ensure safety.

City came and mowed field on bike path and left debris everywhere

Overgrown vegetation at the end of 8th street next to the Jean Sweeney park where the railroad tracks us to be.

Lot has a lot of plant growth!!o
