    Hey Everyone,

Just a heads up that the $179 duct cleaning offer is only valid until January 5. After that, the price goes back up to $299.

A few of us recently had our ducts cleaned by Asher, and he did a great job. He’ll be back in our area soon and is kindly extending the same $179 New Year special again.

A couple of neighbors are already booked, and he has about 2–3 spots still open, so there’s room if anyone else wants to jump in.

He also does dryer vent and chimney cleaning if that’s something you need.

If you’re interested, just message me your address, contact number, and what service you’re looking for, and I’ll pass your info along so he can reach out directly. or you can contact him directly 786-430-9136

There is a weekly Sunday morning exercise class at Township Commons park with amplification equipment that can be heard all along the waterfront. Is there a way to ask the event organizer to turn the volume down?

Does the city respond to complaints about animals in palm trees on private property?
A neighboring palm tree is home to birds squirrels rats raccoons etc.
Periodically a LOUD death is heard which I assume is due to the raccoons trapping a cat or other live animal in the tree. What can be done?

The current implementation of SeeClickFix defaults to an optimization for mobile devices and does not alway display properly on larger screens. In some cases, this can result in the inability to determine if a log entry has been posted. This can result in multiple log entries as the user cannot determine if the request was received. Could users be given a choice of device? Is it possible for SeeClickFix to determine the type of device being used?

The webpage for recreation and Park department maintenance needs to be updated. There are items posted from five and 10 years ago that have not yet been addressed. Outdated pages like this shake the public confidence in the system. Please spend a few minutes and clean up the website.

This sign in in the Nation's parking lot and has fallen down several times, or been hit by cars. It is in a very bad spot and should be closer to where the handicap parking space as it refers to violations of such. Current, it is leaning in the walkway to both my house and my neighbors and as a taller person, it is obstructing. This sign has been "refixed" several times with more cement to keep it standing but it keep leaning over and at some point is going to hit my neighbors, my granddaughters or me, or even damage a car.
