Sick Sycamore tree example. Residents would like these removed and a plan for new trees (disease resistant) to be planted. There are 5 really bad trees that will never provide any shade and look terrible. After the last malicious pruning, they look terrible and an arborist told me they will NOT come back, even with treatments. Trees to be looked at for consideration of removal, stump removal, and the planting of a new tree are located by 70, 78, 163, 167, and 171 Justin Circle. Resident stated,
"Last year we had requested street trees in front of our new home.  They were installed and look Great!! Thank-you!! In an effort to improve the neighborhood appearance we would like to have 5 street trees installed along the edge of the Corica golf course property on Flower Lane where it meets Beach Road.  

There are already 5 tree pockets with weeks where it appears trees once existed.
Is it possible to have trees planted here?

Please let me know the steps I should take to have this done.  It would really improve the looks of the streetscape, and the other side has trees and there are several up and down the block."

Resident is requesting a city tree be planted on their side of the street since there are none at the moment.

Lower limbs need pruned…Same is true for adjacent tree down towards park.

Newly planted tree needs lower limbs pruned in order to promote proper growth/beauty. Several sucker limbs are growing.

Please replace street tree. One was cut down awhile ago because it died and was never replaced.

Business owner states City tree is keeping her flag from flying freely. Requests tree be trimmed before Friday's parade.

Tree appears dead, should be removed at least, replaced if possible.
