Do you think City could clean up this mess!! Long grass, rubbish & still NO side walk??? This vacant lot is a mess and attracts people illegal dumping. There are 3 City depots next door and they dont see the mess ????

Irrigation is broken on the corner of Grand and Encinal and I’ve notified the church but nothing has been done. The water flows in an 8 foot high arc nightly from 9:45-10:15 pm. It dumps hundreds of gallons per night down the drain during a drought.

Not sure where this post belongs. 911 regent st-cigarette butts all over the sidewalk, walkway, and curb, also in the gutter into the storm drain. Animal feces that don’t get picked up in the front yard

This side strip on Chapin needs desperate attention. It needs to be cut back and clipped.

The Bay Farm Library has had no landscape maintenance in over two years and weeds are 4' tall Is there any landscape planned for this frontage or is it just bark that should be maintained? Either way, needing maintenance There used to be landscaping that surrounded the entrance and it was much more inviting
