    My father recently tripped and fell at this location, hitting his head on the concrete. Thankfully, he is recovering, but this could have been much worse.

    I’ve reported this issue multiple times over the years, as I’ve seen others trip here before. It’s a known hazard, and it’s long overdue for repair.

    Please address this immediately before someone else gets seriously hurt.
