I reported this infantile visual gibberish nine months ago and still it sits there. Every day, the environmental sociopath whom scrawled this on the utility pole must pat himself on his spineless back in warped triumph knowing that he is part of a cancerous societal rot. This AMP vault has missing/faulty fasteners on the traffic-bearing covers. Each vehicle that runs over them creates a loud double “bang bang” that is particularly annoying in summer when windows are open for cooling. Please replace/repair an eliminate this problem.
