What is this old dilapidated park?
Is it open to the public?
Could this become a new dog park?

Please have my old residence painted and the landscaping upgraded. This place looks like a disaster from what it looked like in 1975.

The o club is charged to be used but there is broken glass and weeds in the parking lot
Needs to be cleaned and taken care of if going to charge $ to use facility

Transient collecting hazardous materials (lead/acid batteries), garbage, sleeping on Alameda Point Property. Keeps moving 100 feet or so after getting tagged by police. Leaves car hood up to pretend vehicle is broken down. Windows broken in vehicle. 2 unleaded dogs; - needs to be removed completely.
