    The prior request was to remove dead branches. Now, many months later, the tree is thriving. Branches are now so overgrown that bicyclists and pedestrians must duck down to avoid getting hit in the head by leaves and branches. Please trim back this lovely tree so that it does not hang over the path.

    Two large roots are up to 6 inches thick and probably pushing against my house foundation.Which could lead to a foundation failure.
