Street Safety ConcernĐược thừa nhậnMecartney Rd & Verdemar Dr Alameda, CA, 94502, USA - AlamedaIntersection of Verdemar and Mecartney is not safe for pedestrians to cross, especially the side that does not have a crosswalk. This intersection needs a crosswalk and a four way stop to force drivers to slow down. I have come close to being hit multiple times on either side but especially the side of the intersection that does not have a crosswalk and only has painted triangle flags on half. Please paint a crosswalk on the side without one and make it a four way stop. Drivers fly down Mecartney and rarely stop for pedestrians. They need to be forced to slow down.

2704 San Jose Ave Alameda, California, 94501 - Alameda
I live near the corner of Pearl and San Jose Ave here in Alameda. Since moving in 4 years ago, there have been too many near-collisions (and more than a few collisions) to count. Drivers speed down San Jose quite a bit. It's a dangerous intersection.
Please could we make the intersection of Pearl/San Jose a 4-way stop
And in the interim, please place signs indicating that through traffic does not stop
There are lots of kids on this street. The speed and number of incidents and near-incidents is really alarming. -
Street Safety ConcernĐược thừa nhận2418-2436 San Jose Ave Alameda, CA, 94501, USA - AlamedaPlease, please at a minimum paint pedestrian crosswalks on the intersections of Park Avenue and San Jose Avenue. These intersections that connect the upper and lower sections of Chochenyo Park need at least painted crosswalks but could possibly use stop signs on San Jose as well. We have lived near this intersection for 25 years and have witnessed numerous auto accidents here, one just last weekend. Since this park is divided into two parts, pedestrians have to cross this intersection to get to either portion of the park.

3 drivers in a row did not stop at the stop line exiting Starbucks. One stopped on the bike path blocking child cyclists.
Please address. Having reported cyclists being knocked off their bike in the past, still amazed nothing is being done.

Please please install a rapid flashing beacon for pedestrian crossing at High/Lincoln (this is also where children cross to go to school).
And please do not close out this request.
