    Please have the Housing Authority stop watering the lawns in the grassy area during during the day. Kids can’t play and we are in a drought. It’s wasteful and these sprinklers use to only come on at night.

    Water on about 11:30 am and wasted on sidewalk. Why is it on during the day and we are in a drought so it seems wasteful to see on the sidewalk. I believe this is housing authority property
