    There was a construction cone covering an electrical “situation” (I’m not sure what it is, looks like the base of an old light pole maybe) with a gate leg caution sign marked St. Francis electric over it. I saw an Amazon delivery driver steal the cone this morning, and now there are just wires sticking out of it totally visibly. No idea if it’s a safety hazard but it seems like the cone was there for a reason, and now it’s gone.

    Transient collecting hazardous materials (lead/acid batteries), garbage, sleeping on Alameda Point Property. Keeps moving 100 feet or so after getting tagged by police. Leaves car hood up to pretend vehicle is broken down. Windows broken in vehicle. 2 unleaded dogs; - needs to be removed completely.
