The parking lot in front of the O club needs a serious street sweeping due to all the fireworks set off there on the court of July. All the debris has been left in the lot.

Some cleanup has been done however still looks terrible and if not cleaned up consider terminating Michaans lease for failure to maintain property

The Makers Faire, which relocated adjacent to Ploughshares Nursery on Main St. and rebranded itself as Makers Farm, has a large population of chickens, in violation of City Ordinance 7-4.1. Among these chickens is at least 1 rooster that crows from the pre-dawn hours thru the late afternoon, in violation of City Ordinance 7-4.3.

Astra rocket company has what type permit? When I saw this (see attachment) random people around me were screaming in terror thinking an explosion happened. What does this company have a permit to do here? It's little more than 1 block away from residential neighbors. I know they store rocket propellents at this site. Should we residential neighbors expect with Astra's type permit to see more activity with gasses enveloping the surrounding properties? The original exemption from California Environmental Quality Act was done in error. I spoke with the employee who issued it.

Been here for three weeks

There is a garbage can that someone set up inside the fenced area (thank you) but the bagged garbage has been on the public sidewalk for two weeks now. Please have the alameda point reps arrange to have it picked up and maybe place a regular city services garbage can there.
