I've been hearing that the abandoned buildings on the other side of the fence on Bette street will be demolished, but they haven't been, and nobody actually knows when they will be. The Alameda Landing community has been having packages stolen, the thieves jump over the fence to the abandoned buildings, and the police say that homeless people live in those buildings but there's not much they can do. Can you please take them down, or force the company who bought the land to do so?

The bench at the bus stop on Midway and Saratoga was knocked down by a car several months ago and was never replaced. This might be an ADA violation.

There is a garbage can that someone set up inside the fenced area (thank you) but the bagged garbage has been on the public sidewalk for two weeks now. Please have the alameda point reps arrange to have it picked up and maybe place a regular city services garbage can there.

Tenant not taking care of the grounds. Needs to be cleaned up if new tenants want to come to alameda point
