Trumbull St & Merrick Street - east side of the street - manhole cover sunk into the ground

Square grate has been missing for 3 yrs I've called many times no response. More traffic is using road as I-75 is closed and traffic found a shortcut down our main street to get to Fort st. Someone or somebody is going to drive in it or fall in sewer. Needs to be fixed 3 yrs is long enough. Safety issue

Manhole cover appears to be off or not on properly.

The manhole is sinking creating a big pothole. You can’t help but to hit the pothole when turning the corner.

Loose manhole cover (origins unknown) and barricade have been at this intersection for months.
