Large crack in manhole cover

first offense they replace the pipes 1 week ago in the street now the sinking hole in street you can't even across the street

they need to come back and fix the issue, not patch the issue. they poured gravel in hole and placed the orange cone back in hole. really thats a job complete.

there is an open hole with enough room for a child or car tires to fall into. very dangerous

In alley behind house

There’s a giant hole in the road that now just has an orange cone sticking out of it and no one has ever attempted to fix in over a year. There’s also the giant metal plate that was supposed to be covering the hole that had been all over the street. It’s a safety issue and it’s a mess, someone please get rid of the giant plate and do something about the hole!
