The Drain Plate only possesses (6) small Slotted Holes so, debris quickly blocks the Catch Basin which then causes the street to flood.

Suggestion: install a 2" +/- height raised catch basin plate in place of the antiquated version now in use. The raised plate would still allow water to drain even if debris is drawn to the Catch Basin.

In the alley between Wisconsin & Ohio streets is a blocked drain.

Water comes out of the catch basin continuously and its flooding the street

Storm drain was recently discovered in a cleanup and and needs to be cleared out due to flooding in active alley.

The basin is actually blocked to the east of the Red Robin parking lot. It is at the Ford Road (south) end of the block. This has been reported previously. It has been an ongoing problem since winter, at the very least.

Cass ave between W Baltimore Street & Amsterdam Street - catch basins underneath railroad viaduct are clogged

This street (Cushing) was recently paved, this is the result every time it rains (ankle deep standing water)! Please fix this mess! Imagine if this was ice!
