Solid green bulb is not operational to control eastbound vehicles on Perimeter Ctr W approaching intersection with Perimeter Ctr Pl.

Bulb is flickering. It needs replacing. Street light-

One of the sidewalk light bulbs is going out. It's on the last stone bench to the right of the water fountain when looking at the gazebo. And, to the right of the trash can.

The lights at the playground in Georgetown park are off at night.

Sink hole REOPENING at previously filled location (it took 21 loads of material to fill!!!) of creek adjacent to property. Photo taken BEFORE last weekend rains. Previous resolution promised regular cleaning of drainage structure and a solution to correct known problems. Structure is blocked and continues to degrade with lack of maintenance and resolution of root cause.

Water continues to actively flow from underground. The asphalt continues to sink.

The manhole cover at this location next to the parking structure is flooded and water is flowing down the property into the drains.

Park in need of grass repairs. Natural erosion, irrigation repairs, bench installation have destroyed grass. There are lots of low points throughout lawn (at sprinkler heads). These are trip hazards. Kids are rolling ankles. Big puddle at gazebo that later turns into trip hazard when dry. It all need leveling and reseeding. Also, there is a bug infestation, park covered in gnats mosquitos ticks etc. due lots of standing water/improper drainage, treatment is needed.

I visited the playground at Dunwoody Nature Center on 12/7/2025. It was a bit wet but not overly so (it hadn't rained in at least a few hours). There is some space between the ramp and the ground that causes it to be a bit bouncy and the grade of the ramp is a little too steep for wet conditions. I was walking normally and slipped and fell hard, and then later my friend's two young children also slipped even though they were trying to be careful having seen me slip. I could step over it, but the children's legs were too short to step over it. I wonder if there's some type of rubber gripping that would make it easier to walk over the ramp but not cause any accessibility issues for mobility chairs that need to go over the ramp. Or to make the ramp longer and the grade of this entrance part not as steep of a grade.

Please replace the swings that were taken out by a tree and I have been missing for quite a few months!! Thanks!!
