    DeKalb County did major work on the water main at the intersection. Although they filled in some gravel, the intersection is not useable from the right lane of Hensley heading toward DHS/VES due to lack of pavement and very deep potholes. Cars turning right on to Vanderlyn are often forced to turn from the left lane, blocking oncoming traffic from being able to turn onto Hensley from Vanderlyn. This is particularly problematic during morning drop-off for both DHS and VES, where traffic builds over a block long on Hensley.

    My house is on 1823 Mount Vernon Rd. The concrete that was poured by the city about 6 years ago cured in an Inverted-V shape and as such scrapes the bottom of my car everytime, as shown in the picture. Also, the transition from my driveway to Mount Vernon rd is about 2 inches high, causing a hazard for my little children riding bikes into the road. We will need the city to address this ASAP.
