    This area is overgrown and unkept. I’m not sure I’ve ever seen it in good order. This is the area between the post office and the new VCA. It’s the pass-through between Village Parkway into the Village shopping area. Not sure who owns this, but they never take care of it.

    The Crosswalk on Roberts Drive between Austin Glen and Verdon Forest going to Wildcat Park has limited visibility coming from Spalding Dr to where it makes it hard to see the flashing lights until you are right on the crosswalk. Trees need to be trimmed.

    This drainage cap is not set properly resulting in a safety hazard to small children and pets - perhaps chasing a ball into the opening. This is a liability concern for the city. Please see what appear to be correct cap fixes that are set into curb cutouts at the following addresses: 1587 Old Spring House Lane and 1480/1483 Old Spring House Lane.

    This sign light for the crosswalk is no longer functional. The side next to the State Farm is the problem, the other side's lights work fine.

    This crosswalk has light has been out since last year, and most of last year. Drivers think that if the light isn't blinking, then pedestrians don't have a right to be on the crosswalk. I've seen people blow horns and pedestrians and cuss at the pedestrians. Someone will be killed at this intersection if it isn't fixed, or just paint over the crosswalk and take down the light.
