    Roadway to the right (south) of the manhole cover has been gradually sinking for the last 3-4 weeks (though difficult to see in the photo). Concrete surrounding the manhole cover is already cracking in 2 places. This is becoming a driving/biking hazard and suggests to me there may be a water leak under the road.

    Turning from Winter's Chapel onto Sumac, there is a large pothole in the turn. It has been getting worse. There are other potholes in the DeKalb side of Lockridge Forest and on Winters' chapel that are growing and dangerous. Thank you.

    The gravel lot as you exit the farm out onto Vermack Road is brutal right now. It needs to be filled in several places to not just make it less bumpy but avoid cars from getting out of alignment. Camp is going on this summer so the sooner you can fill the better thank you
