City of Manchester DPW PLUS

I saw a picture in a report of this dump. I wanted to confirm that it is a dump and very annoying to look at if it isn't removed and the people corrected they will just keep doing it.

I made multiple piles for city to pick up. Tires -microwave- 4- 6 black bags someone dumped

Trash collection and bagging by Friends of Piscataquog. Can this be picked up please? This is in the same location the City recently removed larger items from the homeless encampment using what looks to have been a front loader or other heavy equipment. Everything neatly piled up and ready to go.

Constant trash and debris thrown on side of road, and in the wood line, the entire length of Merritt Nyberg. Cars parked randomly and trash left after they leave.. cars have been abandoned at times and homeless sleeping in cars at night. there is an obvious littering sign, but how can that be enforced? There are children in the neighborhood and that street is very dark at night as well, maybe adding more street lights on the 3 telephone poles that do not have lighting would help deter? note this stretch is directly behind multiple houses.

Mattress p/u

Person stops by randomly at this residence and puts cans out not on trash day for the neighborhood causing an obstruction in the street. Huge tv now laying on the ground in the road
