What is the fastest/best way to travel between New Haven and Hartford area, on weekends, via public transportation?

Glass panel missing in the bus shed located in front of the police substation at the corner of Congress Avenue and Hallock Street. People sit in the open space where the glass is missing, loitering, littering, and using drugs during the day and night.

At many bus stops it is difficult to enter on the bus with a wheelchair. The bus is unable to pull to the curb because of the snow. Each stop needs snow removed from curb so there is wheel chair access.

Why is absolutely no lighting active during evening hours at this bus stop? Will someone please contact whomever can address this? Thank you in advance.

Bus #486 has been squealing really loudly several times a day for the past couple weeks as it goes by our office. Please fix it.

While driving home today I saw that Bus # 487 was providing little to no space for a bicyclist riding up Chapel Street. Please be cautious of those using bikes.

Since the re-routing of the 223 bus, there is no longer a stop at East and State Commuters have to walk up to the Sunoco station to catch the bus This is what we have to look at every morning Not a nice way to start every day Isn't the owner of the Sunoco responsible for upkeep around the property? What ownership does the city take? Why hasn't the stop at 998 State been reinstated?
