CT Transit - New Haven PLUS

No shoveled path at the bus stop making it difficult or impossible for wheelchair users, the handicapped, the elderly, those pushing strollers to safely go from sidewalk to bus. There is a narrow path closer to the corner but that's not where CT Transit buses stop and a wheelchair couldn't fit through that path.

Bus #486 has been squealing really loudly several times a day for the past couple weeks as it goes by our office. Please fix it.

While driving home today I saw that Bus # 487 was providing little to no space for a bicyclist riding up Chapel Street. Please be cautious of those using bikes.

Glass panel missing in the bus shed located in front of the police substation at the corner of Congress Avenue and Hallock Street. People sit in the open space where the glass is missing, loitering, littering, and using drugs during the day and night.

Since the re-routing of the 223 bus, there is no longer a stop at East and State Commuters have to walk up to the Sunoco station to catch the bus This is what we have to look at every morning Not a nice way to start every day Isn't the owner of the Sunoco responsible for upkeep around the property? What ownership does the city take? Why hasn't the stop at 998 State been reinstated?

Farebox is broken on the 243 to downtown arriving at 10:10. Packed bus with full seats and 10 people standing = a ton of lost revenue. This happens too often.
