    Several months ago, the county repaired the easement in front of my house to fix an issue with pooling water after rainstorms that could not reach the storm drain. The repair created an eyesore of dead, uneven grass that is spreading beyond the initial problem area—in essence, fixing one problem by creating a much worse problem. During recent rainstorms, rivulets have formed where water rushes to the storm drain, worsening the issue. This is causing a depreciation in my home value that I would like fixed. I would suggest that rather than tearing up my lawn, the sidewalk could be leveled.

    several potholes next to curb in lane closest to curb going south bound. They are between Redland Road and Indianola roads,on Crabbs Branch Road. These lanes are narrow and often I'm driving side by side with a school bus or other large commercial vehicle.

    Heading north on hungerford near new Dunkin Donuts. Huge pothole that you have to hit if you want to change lanes. Not fair!!!

    The stop sign on Stillwell Rd, at the intersection with Atlantic Ave, in Twinbrook, was knocked down by a snow plow during the winter. The street sign was straightened up, but the stop sign has not yet been replaced.

    Several large potholes in the right lane going south on Woodmont Ave past Battery Ln. Have been patched several times, but always reappear worse.
  • Orchard Ridge Dr And Great Seneca Highway Montgomery County, MD - Gaithersburg
    Not sure if this happens during the day, but i have encountered this many times later at night. The sensor will sense that my car is there on orchard ridge dr and start the countdown to a yellow light for traffic on great Seneca, but instead of changing it to a yellow and then a red light, it turns back to green. I am not very well informed on how the sensors work and it may be because there is only one car waiting at the light at orchard ridge, however sometimes it takes more than 10 min for another car to appear for the light to actually turn green. There's usually not that many cars going through great Seneca later at night, so I don't think it would be much trouble for the light to change if there is one car waiting.

    Many pot holes at corner of Old Carroll Ave. and Sligo Creek Prkwy on both streets. Really bad as you come down the hill.

    Also, cars on Sligo Creek Prkwy going east come around the bend really fast. Maybe they should have a STOP sign.

    Finally, the yellow dividing lines on Sligo Creek Prkwy have faded to the point they are not visible in many places and the street has many turns. They should be re-painted this Spring/Summer.
