City of Sandy Springs PLUS

Metal, paper and plastic debris on both sides of orange and black fences and dumpster is full to overflowing with trash blowing into neighboring yards.

They have alternate the building and the building structure.

Construction noise outside of hours - running equipment beginning at 0600.

when the Resident in Apt# 1912 takes a Shower it leaks down into my unit there's Mold-&-Mildew present with a 100% Moisture Reading. The office cut a hold in my Ceiling and left it open and said that was a old leak that have been repair and close my work order. so I put another one in I have explained to them every time Apt# 1912 takes a Shower I can see water running down my wall...

There are always 6 to 10 cars at this house. There is no way this is a family dwelling.

Firewood piles in front yards like this are a neighborhood hazard.

The below vehicles are classified as Junk/Abandoned vehicles under city ordinance based on reasons cited below. They are currently parked at 6125 Roswell Road in the Resident parking garage (The gate is open off of Boylston Drive to access). Both vehicles have been sitting for over a year and have no current registration or insurance and the apartment complex has been unsuccessful in having them removed. Per ordinance these are non-complaint even on private property.

I submitted a maintenance request for this light switch to be repaired on 12/21/22. No one has been here to address it. I would fix it myself but, 1) I don’t want to get electrocuted, 2) I don’t want to break it and then be charged for it 3) it’s not my job. I can’t get anything fixed in my home without a code enforcement complaint.

There is trash laying in the middle of the street again.

Strange, red van has been parked since this past weekend, so 5 or 6 days, parked against traffic and near a fire hydrant.
