Grass and weeds overgrown

I’ve had no hot water for almost a week in my building.

This is disgusting and ruining our neighborhood! The trash is getting worse and worse, it's blowing in the streets, into the sewers when it rains, going into the woods, and now into the Chattahoochee River! This needs to be cleaned up asap! Who's responsible for this? it should be illegal!

Construction noise outside of hours - running equipment beginning at 0600.

Water has been coming inside of unit 951 since February. Leasing office has yet to issue permanent solution. Flooring is soaked right now. 8/20/18

Loud whining AC units at Life Center Ministries. They an be heard inside of my home over 100 yards away. This is a noise nuisance. This is a violation of City Code. This issue needs to be addressed.

I submitted a maintenance request for this light switch to be repaired on 12/21/22. No one has been here to address it. I would fix it myself but, 1) I don’t want to get electrocuted, 2) I don’t want to break it and then be charged for it 3) it’s not my job. I can’t get anything fixed in my home without a code enforcement complaint.

The below vehicles are classified as Junk/Abandoned vehicles under city ordinance based on reasons cited below. They are currently parked at 6125 Roswell Road in the Resident parking garage (The gate is open off of Boylston Drive to access). Both vehicles have been sitting for over a year and have no current registration or insurance and the apartment complex has been unsuccessful in having them removed. Per ordinance these are non-complaint even on private property.

Strange, red van has been parked since this past weekend, so 5 or 6 days, parked against traffic and near a fire hydrant.

There is trash laying in the middle of the street again.

Junk car in driveway that hasn’t been moved since I can remember.
