City of Sandy Springs PLUS

Neighbor piling yard waste and debris between lots. Causing a rat, mouse and snake problem. Continues to pile additional grass clippings and waste each week. My house washer noted several mice this week when he was pressure washing.

Loud groaning AC units at Life Center Ministries. 8:45 PM on Tuesday. Loud enough to be heard inside of my home. This is a clear violation of the City Code pertaining to nuisance. This code violation needs to be addressed.

Extremely loud air conditioning unit at Life Center Ministries on Mt. Vernon. Called in before. Even louder now.

I submitted a maintenance request for this light switch to be repaired on 12/21/22. No one has been here to address it. I would fix it myself but, 1) I don’t want to get electrocuted, 2) I don’t want to break it and then be charged for it 3) it’s not my job. I can’t get anything fixed in my home without a code enforcement complaint.

There are always 6 to 10 cars at this house. There is no way this is a family dwelling.

Builder is marking proprty lines 3-4 feet from my property line.

Construction noise outside of hours - running equipment beginning at 0600.

The address is zoned as residential, but the occupants are using the property to run a landscape business
Illegal dumping in the back yard with multiple abandoned cars and debris that is visible from the neighboring property (In Town Suites parking lot).
Multiple chickens on the property are a nuisance and make noise
Illegal dumping of debris over the property line into neighboring properties to the south and the east

This man not only continues drilling but now he’s brought a loud truck up here @12:23 & is drilling at the same time. On a Tuesday night. You’re telling me this is completely legal on residential property????At this time??? No construction all day- but let 10pm hit😡
