Debris sitting next to curb for weeks

House is under construction. Heavy equipment/bobcat use digging a hole in the backyard and deep trenches to the creek behind the house were dug. This is occurring on on Saturday, March 30, 2019 until 8pm also digging on Sunday, March 31, 2019 in violation of city code. I am concerned that they are tying in their new pool or some other large drainage into the Long Island Creek.

I’ve had repeated requests to management over roaches and pests since moving in and reported broken screen and windows on 2/16. Screens were replaced but window still has cracks. I reported roaches the day I moved in on 1/18 and have either no response or might get some sticky traps replaced in the apartment. No other services have been noted or offered.

This tractor trailer appears to be parked here as an overnight situation. This photo was taken after 9:30 PM on 2/14/2019. This property is a vacant building with boarded up windows. This has occurred on multiple occasions and at times there is more than one vehicle of this type parked here overnight. Is this allowed?

Trash compactor door has broken and left open for several weeks. Danger to children and animals.
