Styrofoam from concrete forms has been in this pile for a month. Please ask the builder operating under BR 18-00114 to bag up this trash and or take it away. The foundation walls this Styrofoam came from were inspected over a month ago… This is a non-biodegradable substance. It will end up in the storm drains. This is an unsightly pile of trash that is an eyesore.

Axe throwing business purchased 2 homes on Chaseland including 164 Chaseland. Owners cut down trees and were issued a stop order recently. They have continued to perform work and now built stadium sized stairs from the back of their business to these residential lots and hauled in loads of red dirt. The back of this property has a drainage bed and pipes for the neighborhood in Whispering Pines. This situation is endangering proper water drainage. Attempts at providing a silt filter are inadequate and are 6 inches above ground. This is urgent with approaching hurricane.

This brick mailbox has been strewn across sidewalk along Dalrymple for over 2 months. it does not appear replacement mailbox is in place.

The tree is blocking the view when pulling out of the Wells Fargo onto Roswell Road

Vehicle parked/abandoned here for several weeks.

Nearly every week the trash compactor/dumpster becomes full forcing residents to place garbage outside of the dumpster.

Three large crosses in what appear to be the right of way in Branches subdivision. The address is hard to tell but appears to be 7165 Hunters Branch Drive. Want my name and number confidential.

Noise ordinance violation. Week after week they choose to do yard blowing and mowing on Saturday evenings beginning between 5:30-6:00. They have just begun it now and it typically lasts an hour or more. We’ve been reminded of these violations by our neighborhood news letter but they just don’t care. We’ve had enough, it destroys the tranquility of these beautiful evenings.

For the past few nights, a loud vehicle drives up and down Roswell Rd by Lake Placid every 15 minutes throughout the whole night.

Construction work past hours on Saturday (until 8.30 pm) and construction work on Sunday, with heavy machinery, starting at 7.15 am.
