City of Sandy Springs PLUS

Continued loud stomping from unit above me. Also, been talking to other residents and the same issue. Don’t believe the building is built to allow for quiet enjoyment of residents. Windows and floors. More and more residents are complaining. This will continue to be an ongoing issue and the building will suffer as will the city. Something needs to be done. Government needs to step in as management not doing anything about this.

Constant stomping from upstairs unit. I don’t believe the floors are to code for noise or perhaps also fire protection as that often shields noise. This issue is constant.

There are six to eight cars with out of state plates always parked here. There are clearly multiple renters here, possibly on a short term basis.

Not sure the building is to code in terms of noise between units and also windows and doors. Constant noise disturbances that don’t allow for quiet enjoyment of residents. 80 dB measured at times from street noise (on units set back from Roswell Road). Multiple resident complaints to management but they don’t do anything about it.

Gravity auto is parking their cars on the driveway on Dalrymple that is also part of the sidewalk forcing pedestrians to walk on the street to get by. It’s a blind right turn onto Dalrymple for both motorists and pedestrians. This has become a neighborhood issue. Do they have a right to do this? Please fix this or advise as to why you are unable to do so. This has become an issue of concern on the Nextdoor website. Children attending North Springs High School across the street need to use that sidewalk.

Dog barking late into the night. Owners have been notified. Nothing has happened. Dog is left outside alone all evening.

Shrubbery extending all the way to the curb of southbound Glenridge Conn on northwest corner of Johnson Ferry Rd intersection prevents eastbound Johnson Ferry Rd vehicles from observing southbound Glenridge Dr vehicles approaching the intersection at a high rate of speed.

Illegal temporary signs

Wanting to file a code complaint against the apartment complex. There is several plumbing issues that the complex is taking too long to make repairs or repairs are not made at all. Sewage water is leaking from the toilet pipes. Property regional manager has been contacted but has not offered any suggestions or assistance repairs or lease termination

Homeowner has had a PODS storage unit in front of their house for at least 1 month
