    TOXIC air quality!! Whenever I open my windows and let fresh air in my air quality goes up. Every time the windows are closed the air gets toxic! VOC levels are insanely high, which is a public health hazard!!

    I live in Apartment Number 363 at the Modera in Sandy Springs.

    I have had my airducts cleaned, have the best air filter on the market but air quality is still toxic! Management doesn’t acknowledge any of this!

This is scheduled 4 days/week Thursday-Sunday, during the hours of 8-11pm. The noise is a disturbance to neighboring residents. Outdoor movie theaters typically projects sound through car radio only.
