5325 Mt Vernon Pkwy. At first it appeared contractors were just repairing damaged / rotted wood in carport but now it is clear they are replacing an entryway with a newly studded room.

They have alternate the building and the building structure.

The address is zoned as residential, but the occupants are using the property to run a landscape business
Illegal dumping in the back yard with multiple abandoned cars and debris that is visible from the neighboring property (In Town Suites parking lot).
Multiple chickens on the property are a nuisance and make noise
Illegal dumping of debris over the property line into neighboring properties to the south and the east

when the Resident in Apt# 1912 takes a Shower it leaks down into my unit there's Mold-&-Mildew present with a 100% Moisture Reading. The office cut a hold in my Ceiling and left it open and said that was a old leak that have been repair and close my work order. so I put another one in I have explained to them every time Apt# 1912 takes a Shower I can see water running down my wall...

This construction site is a disgusting mess. Food trash and other trash everywhere and zero care for impact on surrounding properties due to trash blowing off of the site. They have/had a dumpster but don’t seem to know how or care to use it. This has been an ongoing problem. Please ask them to clean it up.

This is disgusting and ruining our neighborhood! The trash is getting worse and worse, it's blowing in the streets, into the sewers when it rains, going into the woods, and now into the Chattahoochee River! This needs to be cleaned up asap! Who's responsible for this? it should be illegal!

Junk car in driveway that hasn’t been moved since I can remember.

Foundation issues and windows issues Cause leaking in apt when it rains. Mold and Mildew. Leak in closet where hvac unit is housed. Mold and Mildew. Kitchen ceiling issue from leaks. Never treated. Reported to leasing office in emails and verbally in person to no avail. Moved in on 7/14/23 . Also have pictures and videos
