Kia SUV grey. Been sitting for several weeks.
  • 2841 Carriage Meadows Dr Wake Forest, NC, 27587, USA - Wake Forest
  • 505 Holding Oaks Court Wake Forest, North Carolina - Wake Forest
Neighboring property, and his adjacent tree preserve, has piles of lumber under tarps, piles of broken cement and other yard waste, and a broken down car he pulled from the tree preserve, causing an environment for snakes and mosquitoes (an exterminator has verified that the tarp and standing water environment is causing an increase in mosquitoes). While I doubt that he is well within his right to have this on his own property, the tree preserve is probably another issue. I believe his property is 531 South Main Street. His back yard is a dump.
  • 300 Austin View Blvd Wake Forest, NC, 27587, USA - Wake Forest
There are extra utility poles that have been left by the Developer I Lennar. It has been there for at least 2 years. This is off of Longmont in the Austin Creek Subdivision. It's right across from the pool, and by the utility boxes.
  • 711 Elizabeth Ave Wake Forest, NC, 27587, USA - Wake Forest
This house has had wood debris leaning against their fence for quite a while. Seems like they may be working on their house, but it would be appreciated if they could clean up and place construction material out of sight as it's been going on for months now. Also, there is long grass on the corner of this house and along Elizabeth as they don't maintain this part of their yard.

My neighbors and I addressed this flooding issue in July 2014. The issue has never been resolved. The last communication was that you guys were waiting for the City of Raleigh to finish the new sewer project, it was finished in 2017. Now, screenshot provided shows last contact and it says it has been closed but nothing has been done on your part to rectify this issue due to poor drainage from the now finished Greenway. Please respond.

  • 2005 Birdhouse Ln Wake Forest, NC, 27587, USA - Wake Forest
Eastern end of Birdhouse Lane in the Austin Creek subdivision. Safety fencing for the steep slope has been up for 2 years, but is not a permanent solution and is starting to fall over. Very unsafe and scared our children could fall. Unused utilities and metal is sticking out of the ground and has been exposed for 2 years. Weed over growth is also present and is a challenge to keep off our property. Also, the road was supposed to continue and bridge across to another phase. My understanding is that this is no longer going to happen and I have not heard any solution from my community managers. Some sort of curbing or cul-de-sac for the road, with a less steep slope, some permanent fencing, and minimalized overgrowth would be a good solution. I would hate for someone to get hurt or possibly even drive off the end of the road. Something has to be done about this area. I have more photos, but the website only allows one. My email is if I could communicate with someone.
