Town of Concord PLUS

We have flickering lights in the house. This has happened before and it was "fixed". Something was wrong outside our house or on the pole. Can't remember.

I was in the Emergency Room a few days ago under Mass. General Law Chapter 123, Section 12(b). The Police forced me to remove my clothing violation my right to wear my own clothes. They threatened me with restraint & medication to force my compliance.

There is significant flooding at the Mill Brook/Crosby Pond section of Cambridge Turnpike. Also a car is disabled right in front of my house due to flooding after traveling through the water.

Large broken branches ready to fall hanging over tree belt and sidewalk where kids will be walking to bus.

I represent Wayside Square Condo Association (801 Main Street) and we would like whoever owns the former Walden Rehab building to take care of the branches blocking the sidewalks. They also abandoned hospital items by the dumpster which we paid to remove. They also have neglected the property's landscaping but that's the least of our concerns. Please let me know what the town can do to remedy this or what we can do. Thank you!

On 10/11 we had localized flooding on Indian Pipe Ln. Both drains on each side of the street were blocked. On the north side of the street, the water was flowing into the electrical box which is situated very close to the drain. This would appear to be a serious safety hazard should the water come in contact with any of the electrical utilities during a flood.

This entire road is in awful shape and needed to be paved 5 years ago
