    Most Saturday's and Sunday's, so-called "races" are hosted on Roosevelt island. Is it truly necessary for organizers to use deafening music and bass for the entirety of the morning? Furthermore, no one needs them to yell nonsense in a microphone. Some residents must work night shifts, and these events are actively preventing our well-being.
