    There is snow/ice completely covering the paths that allow stroller access across the park to the Bright Horizons daycare center. I was completely unable to pass there today (both times). I reported this to Bright Horizons - they had already informed the Octagon Management who told them the land is RIOC's responsibility.

    I live with my family in the Octagon; the building management directed me to you. Fairly frequently we hear noise from the employees trying to get in the gate of the water transfer station. Last night was particularly bad. At 4:45am I suppose an employee was trying to get in the gate--he was honking his car horn excessively and repeatedly. That didn't get the attention of the employee who was likely asleep in the trailer--so then he started banging on the gate and screaming, "Hello!!!" This must have went on for 30 minutes. As I said, this happens all the time, especially honking the car horn repeatedly. Is there anything we can do?

    A disrespectful group is doing noise as usual behind 10 River Road. Insulting, loud screaming and disturbing noise every night, starting 10pm - 2am. Do we have call every night? People have to work early next day. This is ridiculous. Help please!!!

    Bad enough that we have "regular" drivers blowing right through our stop signs - not to mention Red and MTA #102 buses - but I also FREQUENTLY see our police cars doing it too.

    There is loose gravel on the bike portion of the R I Bridge, both eastbound and westbound. Please sweep away at least weekly. It is dangerous.
