    Posting a second photo and report in case that other one did not post.

    People have been trapped in buildings 3 times last year and once this year, 3 cars have been trapped.

    I personally have pushed a car with a baby and mother out of the middle of it about 30 yards since they were completely trapped and surrounded by water, unable to get out without water pouring into the car.

    This needs to be fixed when people are getting trapped and their vehicles destroyed due to water damage.

    The storm drain is not draining and causing the water to back up. The water is blocking most of Wethersfield and starting to impact Terrane as cars are swerving wide to avoid the large area of water. Given the large amount of rain anticipated, this will cause Wethersfield to be impassible.

    Stretch of road between Fox Hill and 8 Ingleside road is town owned. This area is swampy with tree lined Street. Leaves and debris on this stretch of road is running into storm drain causing clogging and flooding. Street needs to be cleaned, swept, blown to remove excessive leaves before snow plowing begins.

    A tree fell during the storm in the center island of Jennifer Cir. There is a ton of debris in the roadway that was left by the crew that removed the tree. There is also a lot of debris in the center island because the entire tree wasn't removed. Can you please send a street cleaner to remove the debris and clear out the rest of the fallen tree in the center?ln

    This part of the road floods throughout the year but is especially bad in winter with combined snowfall, rainfall freezing and thawing The easement is overgrown with woody plants that, overtime, seems to have contributed to water collecting on the road.     Baker-Elman plumbing.reporting issue . Customer asked me to contact Town to explain issue. Serious ground water flooding basements in several homes at Countrside / Cottage area. Went in three differnent homes and all have had sump pumps running since Hurricane. They all have damage in basements and lawns as the mowers sink into flooded yards, and without backup sump pump will likely keep flooding as sump pumps are meant to run 24-7 and one failed today damaging boiler and water heater potentially (will need to dry out before any testing) There is an outflow pipe at end of street clogged causing flooding, We saw a very similar issue few years back in Sharon and residents filed claims against town and were paid. Dont want to see that happen here....this is an emergency for these residents !!!! Please help ASAP. This is becoming very expensive for them
