    Beginning May 2025 and each month after I have physically went to City Hall (7) seven times. I have also made (2) two online requests Aug 2025, Sept 2025 and a (3rd) today, December 2, 2025. The previous requests are still on your site as OPEN. Each time I went to City Hall and spoke to the female at the desk I was "promised" my concern/issue would be addressed. They have NOT. The Issue: A diseased and/or rotted tree in front of 20 Ellis Ave Medford Ma 1- The trees roots have caused the sidewalk to be extremely unsafe due to rising concrete and poses a severe liability issue to myself and anyone walking by. 2- The tree branches are rotted, hanging over my home and the wires on the utility poles. -Branches are constantly breaking off onto my property which are significant in size. I am again requesting an examination of this tree for removal or proper limb removal AND repair of my sidewalk.

    Resident has directed by the tree company to the City, the public tree need review, it is somewhat dead, it has fungus, the roots of tree are damaging the sidewalk, property grass and also street area by sewer in middle of street

    There are 2 large trees that were planted in December on the corner of Florence and College Ave. They look dead- not sure. Also a couple of trees on Summer St that were newly planted in December and they also seem dead. Lastly, the 2 ginkgo trees in front of Eliot Pearson are in very sad shape.

    Half of City tree in front of 18 Russell street is dead. Continuously drops heavy branches when windy. It has now split and looks like it can fall at anytime

    There is a tree that was planted recently and has no leaves on it, looks dead, it was done at the same time as the house across the street and they are fine.
