Unleashed dog roaming

there is a dog left outside day and night.

The dog feces in the park at the top of Powder House Road is getting out of control as well as the surrounding streets of this neighborhood. Some neighors have seen rats running through their properties and I understand dog waste is one of rats favorite meals. A neighbor bought signs for the park asking for waste to be picked up but still people are not being curtious. There are young children who play in this park on a regular basis. It's not something that can be easily policed but can the City of Medford please address this by putting official city signs about the ordinance of this law. Also a reverse 911 call addressing this health hazard please.

my neighbor has a cat that is outside at all hours and consistently wakes me up at night or in the morning. it is a bengal with a very loud and constant meow. i can hear it even with the window closed.

German Sheperd at 37 Capen St kept outside in their backyard barks and growls and attacks behind a chainlink fence whenever go out in my driveway or deck or backyard.

Puppy tied outside on the front porch all night (and most of the day). Cries & barks late at night and early morning.

the person at 86 gaston Street has these twin dogs and they bark at 6:00 a.m. off and on a half an hour straight then they bark throughout the day and late at night randomly for 30 miututes off and on owner purposely puts them in the front porch where the dogs bark more at times and park at every car driving by and person walking by it had to cease it's very annoying and wakes me up and gives me anxiety it's very frustrating and needs to be stopped it's creating a medical problem!

Puppy now in the back yard tied up no shelter. Has been barking for hours. Doesn't go inside at all.

2 dogs are left on the front sun porch all night and into early morning and they are barking at any passing pedestrians causing disturbances to neighbors late at night and early in morning (5-6am in many cases). They can be heard inside neighboring homes. No concern for continual barking lasting more than 15 minute intervals or more.

There is a dog left outside day and night. the dog is barking in the morning, evening, and night. it seems the owners do not even bring the dog in the house at all
