The sump pump should not be draining there. Short term, the owners should be salting or putting out traffic cones or something. I took a spill walking my dogs this morning. I don’t think I’m injured but I’m pretty upset about it. -

It can't drain a large volume of water during heavy rains.Most recently, during the storm on 6/14/2024, the whole street was flooded, water went over the sidewalks and into the 179 Park St parking lot. Concerned residents called 911 fearing flooding in the basement.

243 Mystic Avenue Medford, MA, 02155, USA - MedfordThis corner always floods during the rainy season. Today it was particularly full of water. When there are no left turners, it's avoidable, but if the intersection is full, cars must slow to safely cross. The ground is not visible under the water and so poses a hazard.

515 Fulton Street Medford, MA, 02155, USA - MedfordThis is the north corner of Carr Park which abuts our property. There is always standing water in this corner of the park. The recent excessive rainfall has caused this swamp to flood our property. This needs to be mitigated by the city so that our property will be protected. -
Shirley Rd & Woburn St Medford, MA, 02155, USA - MedfordStorm drain not draining. Grate is not covered by leaves or any other debris so the blockage must be inside the storm drain. This has been happening with every rainstorm for a while. It will eventually drain once the rain stops so there is some slow water flow happening
