City of Medford PLUS

Historically, this area on Spring Street has been greatly affected by car accidents. Very thankful that updates in recent years have limited the incidents but we have not had snow of this magnitude and over 10 years and that causes great trouble on the street. I ask that diligence is done to make sure the pick up Snow that is in the street so that cars can safely park and not be almost in the street as they would be at this moment. I also suggest that parking is limited on the street to one side until the snow is gone. Honestly, it should always be on one side as the street still gets Lots of speeding drivers.

You asked us to park on the odd side of the street, didn’t remove any of the cars who illegally parked on the even side, and continue to plow all the snow to the odd side, causing those of use who followed city guidance to have to dig our cars out multiple times while the illegally parked cars get to come and go as they please. Why are we being punished for parking correctly?

The residents of the left side of the street complaining about parking on the right after dumping the snow from the last storm on that right side. Put in in your front or side yard like everyone else.

Street could use another plow, as well as Craddock Ave. Thanks so much for your hard work!

The plows have done a horrendous job. Some streets are completely impossible. It is a hazard for children walking to school. Snow piles 8 feet high with no brake for crosswalks two way streets that have no room for one car let alone too. I do not feel safe, letting my child walk home from the bus. The schools do not have crosswalks cleared or emptied and snow drifts 12 feet high.

Our street has giant snow mounds at the top that need to be removed. Elderly man hit one in his car earlier tonight causing damage to his car and he was taken to the hospital. I have called for 2 weeks to get them removed.

Winthrop Place has neither been plowed nor salted. It’s now two days after the storm we need the city to maintain this road that is city owned and managed. Thank you.

Circuit Road is very slick this morning, especially on the downhill corner. If someone could come by to salt/treat the road, that would be great, thanks.

Entrance to parking lot is not plowed. Have to drive over curb and afraid my tires will pop.

Please please plow the even-side of 2nd St on this block and remove the snow! We need more on-street parking spaces in the neighborhood, there’s not enough for residents when they get home at night.
