11 Century Street Medford, Massachusetts, 02155 - MedfordThe property’s sump pump is dumping water all over the sidewalk. At this temperature it’s it’s becoming ice. The sump pump should not be draining there. Short term, the owners should be salting or putting out traffic cones or something. I took a spill walking my dogs this morning. I don’t think I’m injured but I’m pretty upset about it. -

155 Burget Ave Medford, MA 02155, USA - MedfordI'd like to kindly request again (as I did right after 3 street sweepers that came together didn't touch this last 10-15' of end of street) for the City's action to clear this area of debris. There are two storm drains here and the risk of clogging/flooding is high. I do not think we residents should be responsible for clearing this ourselves. It really needs to be cleared. (Could we add a separate category in complaint type list here for this type of issue?) -

85 Pinkert Street Medford, Massachusetts, 02155 - MedfordEver since construction has started, there has been significant flooding noted i front of my house. And on the street with worsening potholes that are being filled in with sand and loose rocks. -
179 Park Street Medford, Massachusetts, 02155 - MedfordThe street drain at 179 Park St is too small, and it's the only one on the block.
It can't drain a large volume of water during heavy rains.Most recently, during the storm on 6/14/2024, the whole street was flooded, water went over the sidewalks and into the 179 Park St parking lot. Concerned residents called 911 fearing flooding in the basement.
