    Medium to large plastic item on roadway by median (as of around 1:30 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 5, 2026) on the side of Governors Ave. heading down to Medford Square. It is on the left and partly covered with snow and/or wet with water.

    It is clear plastic: a plastic mattress cover (perhaps with a zipper) or similar item. It was already there as of around 1:15 p.m., Monday, Feb. 1, 2026, but it was then mostly not wetted or covered with slush/snow.

    It is not obstructing the right of way, but a snowplow might run over it if it snows again.

    No sidewalks on Wason St (public roadway) between Highland Ave & McCall St. Rain water rushing downhill has eroded the dirt from side of road leaving dangerous gaps resulting in multiple witnessed falls as well as dirt & gravel washing to bottom of hill creating a damn before the catch basin/drain.

    Witnessed a dog running up and down Mayberry Ave two times between 3 - 5:30 PM. Dog looks emaciated and possibly injured, limping on back leg. Other neighbors saw the dog, but it kept running away. Dog did not appear to have a collar or tag, and seemed frenzied.
