This is zoned as residential NOT a lodging house or hotel. "Darin Associates", 355 BOSTON AVENUE LLC, and DARIN S. SAMARAWEERA should be ashamed of their cash grab of a slumlord rental.

    Construction company working on 54 Lyman completely destroyed the street, curb and pavement two houses down on Marshall street

    The picture above makes it look tame. The gash is 10-15 ft long and 3-4ft wide. The curb was destroyed as well as the asphalt street.

    A wall was hit by a car about two years ago. The City sent a crew to remove the fallen stones but it the wall has not been repaired. It is located between 1 & 3 Summit Rd. It has been reported a couple of times in the past two years.
    Please repair it before the snow comes.

    This big and random piece of metal has been abandoned here on Freedom way for about two years now and is just enough in the way of traffic that it could damage cars or even people passing by. It also makes it difficult to make a safe right turn onto Riverside Ave when exiting the school property. This is careless and needs to be removed asap.

    This is more a complaint about these so called "tactile pads" in general. When they fall apart, either from aging and weathering or being run over by a snowplow, those little nibs of plastic or rubber pose a contamination threat to nearby soils and streams. Perhaps there is a better material or design that would accomplish the same goal?

    I mention this now, because they are talking about putting even more of these, on High Street.

    [Day 30 of almost getting side swiped by aggressive drivers] People consistently create the bike lane as a second lane since the signage and road line markings are worn down and faded. This is incredibly dangerous for those using the bike lane.

    Doesnt look like this is going to be solved or acknowledged any time soon. So i guess we'll pretend this issue doesnt exist. Until next time..
