Absolute mess of a street, multiple potholes, one of the worst at the corner of Hall Ave and Governors

There are a dozen or so potholes in a 1 block span, several of which could easily swallow our car whole

I just received an indication that you closed the issue I reported last year, but nothing has been fixed, and the pothole is even larger than I reported last year. As far as I can tell, nothing was ever done. So why was this marked as resolved. Here's the original report I made:

DESCRIPTION
large depression on road which fills with water after rain. erosion near manhole cover. this is twice the sizes of used to be since National Grid paved three other sites of the road. I believe use of heavy equipment caused this.

Whitman rd is a mess after National Grid worked on the street. There are
large pothole in many spots on Whitman rd

Massive amount of deep potholes going the full length of the road with the threat of damage to vehicles

This pothole is a real hazard on a busy street.

Severe potholes - very deep. Dangerous for bikes, pedestrians, and cars. please repair!
