Street SignageAcknowledged54-64 Fountain St Medford, MA, 02155, USA - MedfordWhen approaching Fountain Street from the I-93N spoke of the Salem Street Circle, Fountain's street signs are very misleading. At this sharp right-hand turn, there is a one-way sign and a Do Not Enter sign, but no sign for Fountain. The signs make it look like Fountain is a one-way street. Unless you are "in the know," you won't know that this is an entrance to Fountain Street, and Fountain is two-way. When taking this turn, drivers behind us will often almost slam into us, as it isn't clear to them that this is a place we might actually turn (legally). Please, add a sign about the option to take this sharp turn. It will make it easier for friends and delivery people to navigate, and it will make it less likely that we'll get rear-ended when turning. Thank you!

Street SignageAcknowledged41 Grove St Medford MA 02155, United States - MedfordWe used to have cones here to direct traffic to the new stop placement but since the cones were temporary and the 2 remaining are repeatedly moved by residents we have a new issue. Traffic doesn't go to the stop but rather just flies through with stopping at all. So where we had one path onto Grove before there are now two and it's constant confusions and near miss accidents. Is there an alternative or something more "fixed" that clearly denotes the intended traffic path. Things are more dangerous now that you have traffic going in 5 different directions.

Street SignageAcknowledged62 Winchester St Medford MA 02155, United States - MedfordI live on Granville Ave and it is almost impossible to safely turn left or right onto Winchester St. Cars drive way too fast and it is very hard to see them coming in either direction because of parked cars and the road curve. Street mirrors might help, but won't do much if people are going too fast. We really need speed bumps and 4-way stops along Winchester.

Street SignageAcknowledged46 Grove St Medford MA 02155, United States - MedfordTraffic cones have been removed (2 remain which were pushed aside). Local resident has been vocal about not liking the new pattern.

Street SignageAcknowledged105 Ravine Rd Medford, MA 02155, USA - MedfordAt Ravine and Grove there needs to be a mirror. You can't see cars coming south on Grove without sticking out in the road due to the fence and curvature of the road. It's very dangerous.

Street SignageAcknowledged81 South St Medford MA 02155, United States - Medford
Hi Traffic Team and Todd, Thanks for the continued support on South Street with the counter flow lane This is an amazing safe link and is proving a vital connector
As a daily rider I am having near crashes now with riders flowing the wrong way on the lane, instead of utilizing the correct side of South Street with the sharows
Can we get signage up for bikers tat it's one way and not to go the wrong way, please? Some e-bike will cause a ghastly crash if that's not happened yet Thank you

Street SignageAcknowledged8 Suffolk Street Medford, MA, 02155, USA - MedfordPlease see #10533517. There are 2 requests. First is speed management- which has been referred to the Medford Police. BUT there was a second request to designate Suffolk St and probably Woburn St (at the High St intersection) as "RESIDENTS ONLY" during morning and evening rush hours. This is done in many similar neighborhoods in Medford. MANY drivers try to shortcut the Winthrop rotary by turning off of High St onto Woburn and then turning right on Suffolk. They race down this otherwise quiet neighborhood needlessly creating a dangerous situation. The same "Neighborhood Only" restriction should also be placed on Essex St at High St because if Woburn and Suffolk are "Neighborhood Only" drivers will race down Essex instead.

Street SignageAcknowledged54-64 Fountain St Medford, MA, 02155, USA - Medford
Cars coming off the rotary onto Foubtain street do not realize it is a 2-way street. Better signage needed
Cars driving on the wrong side of the road is a daily occurrence

Street SignageAcknowledgedGrove St & Sagamore Park Medford, MA, 02155, USA - MedfordCones are a huge waste of city resources. The are ridiculous and serve no good use to pedestrian or driver safety. However, the city insists on wasting man power to either replaces or move to the initial location. I wonder what snow removal trucks will do to these wheebles in a storm.....??????

Street SignageAcknowledged32-52 Almont St Medford, MA, 02155, USA - MedfordPlease make Almont St. between Hadley St. and Maynard St. two-way for bikes. This would allow residents inside of the Salem St., Fellsway, I93 triangle to have safer, low traffic ways to get to businesses in Haines Square and for families and kids to get to the Roberts School by bike.
