City of Medford PLUS

The street is covered in ice after not being throughly plowed during the last storm. It’s thick that chipping with a shovel doesn’t make a dent. Can there be a salt/sand truck sent down the street. Many cars spinning tires. Trucks can’t come up and down. Just very dangerous.

if it would be possible to have a salt truck come down Corinne Rd that would be very appreciated!

the road was very nicely plowed yesterday but not salted and the remaining snow is very slick causing a slip hazard for people and cars.

Snow emergency went into effect at 10pm and there are still cars parked on the fellsway and in the emergency lane

Place. It gets forgotten often. We have a snow emergency and having trouble getting out.

3 cars parked on the odd side of street in front of 59 College Ave. Why does the city send out robocalls and say cars will be ticketed and towed if there is no way to enforce? Can the city please come up with a plan that allows residents clear and safe streets and sidewalks during the winter.

I will upload a photo later. Holton is a 2 way street and during our last snow emergency the plows did not come close enough to the curb to make parking on odd side of the street safe. I'm a senior and can't shovel snow away from the curb and should not have to. You ask us not to park on both sides to aid in snow removal. We have done our part please do yours more effectively. Thanks

If snow emergency, why no snow emergency enforcement?

MassDOT helped shovel out a blocked drain on our street because we flagged them down, and then made sure our neighbors driveways were not blocked but not only left ours blocked but shoveled more there than before even though we had dug out. Please send someone to plow this before it freezes.
