    This is right by power pole vz49/10 on Boston Avenue near the property line of Erickson Fuel Co. and the adjacent apartment building. The hole in the picture has been there for some time but there appears to be an increasing crack and half of the hole is now lower than the other half of the hole. This wasn't the case this weekend. Some of the asphalt appears to be subsiding.

    110/112 College Ave has major issues in front of this rental property. There are two areas of the sidewalk that need to be addressed/inspected and possibly replaced. They are filled with mud and standing water making these sections impassable during and days after a storm. People end up going into the busy roadway to pass. The other day an elderly couple spent minutes trying to navigate where to go and how to get by. The gentleman had a cane and struggled to get off of the curb to go into the street to get around this area. Then once back on the sidewalk he had to do it all over again because he came upon the second section with the same problem. Please Medford DPW mark this as a priority and fix as soon as you can.     This sidewalk crack has been like this for a few years! Tufts sometimes puts an industrial rug over it to prevent students from tripping. I tripped the other day! I am requesting a public response as to why this has not been repaired yet - and when it will be repaired!

    You closed the report before the side walls were fixed at this condo development.

    The developer has broken 6-7 slabs of concrete and also used black top where there was concrete before.

    It's been over a week and no effort has been made to fix it.

    Today they put a for sale sign on the house.

    Please have the pavements fixed before the developer sells the house.

    Sidewalks were repaired in front of big red brick building at 68 Central Avenue. As you can see in photo, about 3 feet of our lawn were pulled up and a big pile of concrete was left there. Other areas of repair had minimal damage but this part was left sloppily. This is unacceptable to leave private property yard damaged like this. Request is to remove lump of concrete and repair our front lawn grass to its prior state. Please repair or we will move to attorney on damages.
