Dog was off leash and out of the owner’s control. Owner physically reprimanded dog when he finally caught it. Owner was then belligerent when asked to use a leash, and left the scene

Dogs off leach at Playstead Park are a regular problem. If my son's dogs are injured, it's on the city who does so litter to keep us safe

We are the West Medford Community Center. Our after school club uses the basketball courts and open field Monday -Friday. We have 34 kids from the Medford Public schools with us outdoors. Many folks come with dogs off leash. A dog wandered over to the benches with no leash with the owner more than 50ft behind. This is happening everyday between the hours of 3pm-6pm.

Every weekday morning between 8 and 9 a.m., there's a group of people who allow multiple dogs to run off-leash, despite the posted signs stating that dogs must be leashed.

On June 30th around 8:45am, while I was walking near the playground, I was cornered by more than one dog, including a boxer and a larger dog that lunged at me. Even when the owner attempted to restrain the larger dog, it dragged her to the ground in the struggle. This was an alarming and unsafe situation, especially considering that children are often present in the park.

I've attached a picture from today (July 7th) showing dogs continue to be off leash near the playground.

Multiple dogs off leash. The owners stand in the middle of the field, chatting and allow their dogs to chase pass by. I get chased every time I walk through. Please tell these dog owners to leash their dogs and to find one of them multiple dog parks in our city for their dogs to run around freely
